He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his sons, David Crouse of Granite Falls and Bryan (Christy) of Taylorsville; his grandchildren, Trent, Lanie and Cooper Crouse; his siblings, Terry (Sherry) and Diane; his sister-in-law Joy; his nieces, Lauren and Brooke; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Olivia, Ashley and Aiden; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Harrington (Jaretta), Martha Brewer (Bud), Beverly Johnson (Mike) and Sharon Harrington.
