He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Fox and Ida Hall Fox; his wives, Sara "Lib" Fox and Lois Williams Fox; and his daughter Tamra Fox. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens (1545 Orchard Dr, Lenoir, NC 28645).
