He was predeceased by: his parents, Darl Eugene Hartley and Frances Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Donna Hartley; his daughter Candace Greene (Corey); his grandchildren, Damian Rich, Emily Greene and Lillian Greene of North Dakota; his stepson Bryson Annas (Cindy) of Granite Falls; and his stepgrandson Deacon Annas of Granite Falls.
