The memory of Brenda Cahoon of Huntersville, North Carolina, who passed away on November 12, 2025 at the age of 81, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ayer McKee and Daisy Benton Flowe; her former husband Bruce Pope; her daughter Glenda Lee Pope; her sister Phyllis Hord; and her stepdaughter Kim Farmer.
She is survived by: her husband Dexter Cahoon; her children, Tony (Susan) and Carol Holm (Ray); her stepson Wayne Cahoon (Nicki); her grandchildren, Ashley Brown (Clay), Lauren Nichols (Tim), Marisa Holm and Austin Cahoon; her great grandchildren, Kellen, Chloe, Lincoln and Piper; and her pet Benji.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the James Funeral Home (10520 Arahova Dr, Huntersville, NC 28078). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
