He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Smith and Karen Dunn Smith; his daughter Mya Patience Smith; his siblings, Kristina Carol Smith DeCeasar (Bryan), Robert Scott Smith (Stacy), Steven Todd Smith (Karen) and Kenneth Bradley Smith; his aunts, Gail Hemby, Teresa Helms and Pat Ashworth (Dave); and his uncle Eddie Smith (Patsy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
