He is survived by: his wife Judy Frazier Cox; his daughters, Amanda Wells (Daniel) and Lori Cochran (Brian); his granddaughters, Brooke, Raelyn Oheler, Norah Wells and Elizabeth Cochran; his siblings, Sharon Shaw (John) and Steve McAteer (Margaret); and his mother-in-law Mary Ladd Frazier.
