She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulysses S. Bullock and Rosa Lyons Bullock; her husband Horace "PeeWee" Garlington; and her siblings, Gertelia Bullock Glenn, Ulysses Bullock, Jr., Clarence Bullock and Ernest Carl Bullock.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Kevin, Bruce Garlington and Deborah Garlington. She is also survived by step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and friends.
