She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oscar Laws and Hazel Laws (Trivette); her brother Hall Laws; her grandson TJ Davis; her husband Rick Davis of Hernando; her children, Shannon Davis Sutton of Huntersville, NC, Douglas Davis of Hernando, Timothy Davis (Jess) of Appleton, ME and Carsten Davis (Courtney) of Beaver Dam, WI; her siblings, Bitsie Collins (Al) and Charlie Laws (Irene); her sisters-in-law, Frances Laws and Jackie Bridges (Jim); and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Zoe, Natalia, Olivia Davis, Corey, Coen, Caia, Carlie Sutton, April, Freya and Axle Davis.
A funeral service was held on Monday, February 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Heaton Christian Church (221 Curtis Creek Rd, Elk Park, NC 28622).
