He was predeceased by: his mother Florence Gossett Millsaps; and his siblings, Charles Millsaps, Bill Millsaps and Gail Norton. He is survived by: his father Harold Boyd Millsaps; his wife Eileen Millsaps; his daughters, Shelly Campbell (John) and Teresa Taber (Rhett); his grandchildren, Richard Campbell (Taylor), Ryan Campbell (Sydney), Kirby Blackwelder and Amanda Blackwelder; and his great grandchildren, Judah and Ruby Campbell.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church (19600 Zion Ave, Cornelius, NC 28031).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Zion United Methodist Church.
