He was predeceased by: his parents, James Coad, Jr. and Evalyn Coad; and his sister Anne Waid. He is survived by: his wife Galita Coad; his daughters, Evalyn Coad (Gamaliel Pozos), Wendy Wells (Daxell) of Albania and Michele Taylor (Nate) of Huntersville; and his siblings, Kathy Capps (Phil) and Jac Coad (Debbie). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
