He was predeceased by: his parents, Sara Caldwell Hunter Wade and Julius Jennings "Jake" Wade, Jr.; and his brother Jimmy. He is survived by: his wife Cary Page Wade; his son Julius Jennings "Jake" Wade, IV; his grandchildren, Henry and Lennon; his sister Amelia Ann Wade; and his daughter Abbey Wade. He is also survived by his many cousins and friends.
