She is survived by: her husband Harry Melvin Smith; her daughter Linda Joyce Smith Untz (Nancy Mertz); her son-in-law David Glenn Phillips, Jr.; her grandchildren, Kimberly Nicole Untz Key (Jimmy), Tamie Laurin Untz Boone (Kevin), David Glenn Phillips, III, Brandy Leigh Phillips Williams (Justin) and Harry Smith Phillips; her great grandchildren, Collier Monroe Norris, Summer Leigh Williams, Chase Russell Williams, Noah William Phillips, Levi Michael Key, Zoie Lynn Key and Calie Mae Boone; and her brother-in-law Rev. Richard Shaw (Dick).
