He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Webb Raper and Raymond Earl Raper Sr.; and his brother Raymond Raper Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Janice Casper Raper of Huntersville, NC; his daughters, Kristina Raper Magnuson (Neil) of Huntersville, NC and Kelly Raper Husn (Jason) of Huntersville, NC; his sister Laura Raper Lear; and his sister-in-law Julie Casper Maynard (Gene) of Coburg, Canada. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
