She was predeceased by: her son Chad Mullis (Ted Mullis); and her sister Georgia. She is survived by: her close friend Bob Gibson; her son Richard Hunter; her granddaughters, Cecilia Rose Mullis (Cici) and Kathleen Grace Mullis (Gracie); her siblings-in-law, Stacy Oxendine and Jean Johnston (Richard); and her friend Faith Parker.
