He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dodson Maloney of Knoxville, TN. and Rebecca Dow Maloney of Knoxville, TN.; his daughter Deborah Dow; and his brother James D. Maloney, Jr.. He is survived by: his son David Maloney (Janice) of Denver, NC. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild.
