He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cyndi" Ruth Waters; his daughter Victoria Grace; his mother Donna Glaspey Waters; his uncles, Bobby and Dicky Waters; his aunt Dale Waters; his siblings, Catherine Stanley (Shawn), David Waters (Will Cooke) and Mark Waters; his nephews, Griffin Stanley (Paige), Cody Sowder (Rachel), Nelson Stanley, Trevor, Carson and Garrett Waters; and his cousins, Liesl McClain, John Waters, Todd Waters, Parker Waters, Mary Beth Neckowitz and Richard Waters.
