It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alexander Thomas Sgueglia of Indian Trail, North Carolina, born in Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on June 20, 2021, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. James Sgueglia of Bluffton, SC and Thomas McDermott of Nicholasville, KY; his aunts and uncles, Bridget Price (Bobby) of Nicholasville, KY, Mike McDermott (Jamie), Joe McDermott (Jennifer) of Lawrenceburg, KY, Michael Sgueglia of Los Angeles, CA, Denise West (Todd) of Fayetteville, AR, Patricia Sgueglia of Sarasota, FL, Mary Lopes of Huntersville, NC and Elizabeth Branconnier (Matt) of North Providence, RI.; his cousins, Aubrey, Adam, Logan, Lucas, Joseph, Jordan, Caroline, Sterling, Hali, Mia, Oliver and Stella; and his friends, Dan Kinneer of Denver, CO, Matthew Immel of Indian Trail, NC, Rodes Smith, Logan McDermott of Lexington, KY, Drew Ryan of Chapel Hill, NC and Pax Sabates of Charlotte, NC.
