She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Minick and John Minick; and her husband Frank Coufal. She is survived by: her sons, George Coufal of Waxhaw, NC and Frank John Coufal of Rock Hill, SC; and her grandchildren, Nadean Coufal Lake of Charlotte, NC, Tyler Coufal Dannecker of Charleston, SC, Ian Coufal of Rock Hill, SC, Kaitlyn Coufal of Waxhaw, NC and Conner Coufal of Waxhaw, NC. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral and Cremation Services - Indian Trail (4431 Old Monroe Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079).
