He was predeceased by: his parents, Orbin Wade and Beulah Wade of Charlotte; his former wife Linda Sue Wade; his wife Barbara Ann Wade; and his brothers, Robert Odell Wade (Bob), James Orben Wade, Francis Lee Wade, Gary Eugene Wade, Donald Jackson Wade, William Wade and Richard Wade.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Haley Wade, Ryan Wade, Jason Wade, Brandon Wade, Stacy Loveless and Amanda Wade; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Jax and Emma. He is also survived by Paw Paw, and Father in Law to his family.
