He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Roy B. and Harriett T. Setzer; his son David Peter Setzer; and his siblings, J. Schoneberg Setzer, Mary Setzer Boye and Carole Elizabeth Setzer.
He is survived by: his children, Joy Setzer Henderson (Tim Henderson) and Pete of Mt. Holly, NC; and his siblings, Fred Setzer of Golden, CO, Diane Grondahl Schroeder of Shiner, TX and Roy Setzer of Golden, CO.
