He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Excell and Eleanor Fusaro Excell. He is survived by: his wife Angela Fanelli; his children, Charles V. Excell, Jr. (Toni) and Lisa Excell (Michael); his grandchildren, Zane Excell, Rider Excell, Taylor Weig and Ryan Weig; and his brothers, David Excell and Bill Excell.
