With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eddie Horne (Indian Trail, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 23, 2026 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin Horne and Wilma Horne; his wife Rachel Crump; his sisters, Faynell Whitley and Kathryn Trull; and his son-in-law Curtis Lovingood.
He is survived by: his daughter Glenda; his granddaughter Lacey Anderson (Josh); his great grandchildren, Ollie, Chloe and Kaysen Anderson; and his brothers-in-law, Marion Whitley and Charles Trull (Shirley Wilson).
