It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Joseph Desantis of Indian Trail, North Carolina, who passed away on February 8, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore DeSantis (Sam) and Josephine DeSantis; his brother Edward DeSantis; and his grandmother Anna DeChellis. He is survived by: his wife Karen Ann DeSantis; his children, Matthew Stephen DeSantis, Emily Claire Tumminello and Tyler Allen Hildebrand; his grandchildren, John, Elliana and Judah Tumminello; his brother Domenic DeSantis; his sister-in-law Cynthia Dash; his nieces, Alexis, Alyssa and Laini; and his mother-in-law Mary DiSciullo.
