He is survived by: his wife Haven Janette Colquitt; his sons, JonDavid Colquitt (Dawn) and Jason Colquitt; his granddaughters, Meredith, Lindsay and Alexis; his sister Shearree Jones (Paul); his nephew Adam Jones; and his pet Levi.
