Hilda Lanier Bostic Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hilda Lanier Bostic of Indian Trail, North Carolina, who passed away on July 1, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ruby Brown Lanier Sanderson of Rose Hill, NC and Edward Gordon Lanier of Beulaville, NC; her grandparents, Paul and Ruth Brown of Rose Hill, NC; her husband Jimmie; her children, Dana Bostic and Drew Bostic; her grandchildren, Alexander Bostic and Olivia Bostic Cornell; her nieces and nephews, Erana, Wade Crossman, Kevin, Amanda Bostic, Ricky, Fran Bostic (family: Gale, Paul Grady) and Ethan Lanier; her cousin Nadine Bradshaw (Harry); her children, Bryan Bradshaw and Ashley Bradshaw (Susan); her grandchildren, Olivia Grace, Claire Beth and Maggie Ray; her friends, Jim Thorne, Barbara Berry, Betty, Paul Tucker, Jayne and Doug Truesdel; her aunt Hilda; Candis, Nicholas Bostic (Brayden), Daniel, Quinn Bostic (Atlas) and Ethan Bostic. She was also cherished by family members and friends.
The service follows at 1:00pm in the Chapel, then with burial at Forest Lawn East Cemetery, In honor of Hilda's gratitude for her heart transplant received in 2005, she requested that in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to LifeShare Carolinas (208 East Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28203).
