He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Knicely; his wife Charlene Knicely; his brother Rodney Knicely (Nancy); his nephew Morgan Knicely (Lynelle); his nieces, Shaunda Macomber (Matt) and Hillary Pashall; and his friend David Richmond.
