He is survived by: his wife Gertrude "Trudy" Kearney Gallup; his sister Polly; his children, Joe Gallup Jr., Kate Rackley (David) and Dorrisa Gallup; his grandchildren, David, Landon and Hannah; his sisters, Joan Gallup and Melinda Galloway; his sister-in-law Janet Pregent; and his pets, Noel, Yufie and Misow.
