He was predeceased by: his father Ed Moore; his siblings, Edward, Austin and Marjorie; his daughter-in-law Teresa Moore; and his grandson Garren.
He is survived by: his wife Joann; his children, Michael Moore (Patsy Baker), Gary Moore (Laurie Greene), Kevin Moore (Lisa), Sandy McManus (Chris) and Lisa Scarboro (Robbie); and his grandchildren, April Haywood (Travis), Allen Moore (Jessica), Christon Moore, Nicole Macon (Brad), Frank Moore (Shannon), Ben King (Kayla), Brooke King, Melissa Huether (Grant), Cameron McManus (Brad Brooks) and Bryson McManus. He is also survived by 22 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to Hospice & Palliative Care: Charlotte Region, Woodridge Assisted Living & Memory Care or the Alzheimer's Association.
