With sadness, we share the passing of Richard Hubbell Van Dusen (Indian Trail, North Carolina). Richard, born on April 5, 1929 in San Diego, California, passed away on October 1, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dusen and Helen Van Dusen; his wife Beverly Ann Van Dusen (Barnes); and his daughter Tamara Van Dusen. He is survived by: his brother Robert; his son Steven (Amy); his grandchildren, Corinne, Joel (Alex) and Erica; and his great grandchildren, Lucy and Lila.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Life and Legacy Funerals and Cremations (6525 Old Monroe Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Music Ministry of First Baptist Indian Trail North Carolina.
