She is survived by: her husband Vernon; her sons, Vernon and Bernard Scott Goins (Tina); her grandchildren, Hayden Joseph, Samuel Vernon and Ava Scott; her son Stephen Todd Goins (Catherine); her grandchildren, Mary Ellis, Claire Scott, Sarah Grace and Anna Charles; her siblings, Glenn Eugene Cook (Frances), Brenda Cook Deatherage (Bill), Phoebe Cook Wood, Gray Alonzo Cook (Linda), Timothy Joseph Cook (Bonnie) and Pam Teressa Cook; Michael Landon Goins (Deborah) and Cathy Jane Moore.
