He is survived by: his wife Brenda Helms Evans; his grandchildren, Tiffani Evans, Armando Lopez-Love, Brandon Wilson-Love, Stephanie Love, Kim Lucas (Brad), Lydia Lucas, Sheri Vaughan (Gene), Tyler Vaughan (Paige) and Garrett Vaughan (Moriah); and his sister Geraldine Evans Rogers.
