He is survived by: his wife Wanda Oliver Allen; his children, William "Billy" Allen (April), George Shannon Truman, Patricia Maxey (David) and Dr. Elizabeth Locklear; his grandchildren, Lucas Maxey, Anna Perkoski, Oliver Locklear and Charlotte Locklear; his brothers, Neal Allen (Shirley) and David Allen (Jane Mealey); his mother-in-law Clara Oliver; and his siblings' children, Nick Allen (Camelia) and Krystal Nethken (Mike).
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ocean Drive Presbyterian Church (410 6th Ave S, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582).
