He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Collins and Virginia Collins; and his siblings, Betsy, AB, Steve and Wayne.
He is survived by: his wife Diane T. Collins; his children, Michelle Britt (Brandon), Chastity C. Ward and Russell Collins, Jr.; his grandchildren, Abby Britt (Andrew Hill), Megan Carry (Ben), Hannah Lemasters (Jon), Hayley W. Moradel (Bradley), Ryan, Riley and Ayden Collins; his great grandchildren, Emerson, Eliza, Harper, Hudson, Katie Rose, Avery and Josie; and his siblings, Janet Norton and Stanley Collins (Debbie). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
