He is survived by : his children, Carlton Jacobs, Jr. of Morrisville, Derrick Mitchell of Roanoke Rapids and Quashema Mitchell (Jonathan) of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Qualanda Mitchell, Gregory Graham Jr., Jamonta Mitchell, Da'keria Mitchell and Da'keila Mitchell; his siblings, Sheldon 'Skip Greene (Eva) of Jackson, Eddie Jacobs (Sonia) of Roanoke Rapids, Terry Jacobs (Lilnita) of Roanoke Rapids and Sharon Jacobs of Jackson; his niece Sarah Jacobs; and his uncle Reverend Willie Mack Greene (Maxine) of Pleasant Hill. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
