Donald R. Keaton Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2025, at the age of 63, Donald R. Keaton of Jackson, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Keaton and Elsie Bandy Keaton; his siblings, Robert, James Keaton and Mary Crowder; and his granddaughter Kaydince Greenman.

He is survived by: his wife Tammy Panell Keaton; his children, Ricky Lee Delk, Brittney Keaton and Kayla Greenman (Christopher); his grandchildren, Carson Delk, Isaiah, Nevaeh Greenman and Levi Norris; and his sister Brenda Crane (Bill).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Appalachian Funeral Services (165 Skyland Dr, Sylva, NC 28779). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Cullowhee Baptist Church Cemetery (148 Central Dr, Cullowhee, NC 28723).
