She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Fleming Hyers and Macie Bell Brunson Hyers; her husband Wayne Holmes West; her son Timothy Scott West; and her siblings, Juneau Hyers Zerban, Jack Evan Hyers, James Brunson Hyers, Bennie Arnold Hyers, Sr., Sue Carol Hyers Hodges, Walter Fred Hyers and Bobbie Frank Hyers.

She is survived by: her son Eric Wayne West (Denise R.) of Henrico, VA; her daughter-in-law Denise M. of Houston, TX; her sister Macie Ann Hyers Mooney; and her grandchildren, Jacob (Reagan), Nathan, Tyler, Mackenzie and Lucas West.
