It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jackie Brown of Jackson, North Carolina, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Dell H. Wood and Cora Wood (Lowe); her husband Clarence Ray Brown; and her siblings, Bill Wood and Hilda Fisher.

She is survived by : her children, Sharon Montague (Michael) and Michael Brown (Pam) of Sylva; her grandchildren, Brody Montague (Morgan), Cassie Pugliese-Carter (Andre), Michael, Michelle and Terry Brown; and her siblings, Joyce Adams (Carl), Priscilla "Sally" Brown (Gene) and Cooter Woods. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and their spouses.

Masks and social distancing will be necessary.
