He is survived by: his wife Brenda Parker Archer; his daughters, Wendy A. Pierce (Jimmy) and Jennifer M. Downs (Brian); his grandsons, Dalton and Tyler Downs; his sister Kay Smith; his siblings-in-law, Linda Owens, Gene Parker (Jean) and Billy Parker (Cheryl); and his close friends, Anita Bennett (Jarman) and Sharon Parrish (Billy).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Askew Funeral Service - Jackson Chapel (313 E Jefferson St, Jackson, NC 27845). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
