She was predeceased by : her siblings, Harold Cowan and Mildred Cowan Shuler; and her grandchildren, Erin Morrison, Jessica Stern, Samantha Ensley, Catherine Ensley, Meghann Davis and Coleman Hoxit.

She is survived by : her significant other Tom Ensley; and her children, Tommy Ensley (Regina), Jan Revis (Jim), Russell Ensley (Rebecca) and Arlecie Hoxit (Michael). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
