She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Dexter Hall and Vinnie Cagle Hall; her husband Ray Norman; and her siblings, Jim Cagle, Rose Ashe, Clarence Hall, Buddy Ray Hall and Gene Hall.

She is survived by : her daughter Cheryl Blanton (Carroll) of Sylva; her granddaughter Samantha Blanton of Sylva; and her siblings, Stella Hall of Sylva, Lettie Cobb (Bryan) of Greensboro and Albert Hall (Mary) of Sylva. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Lord's Closet ministry at Ochre Hill Baptist Church, 14 Norman Drive, Sylva, NC 28779, to help provide food and clothing to people in the community.
