He is survived by: his wife Constance Lewis; his daughter Angela Minix; his son-in-law Danny Minix (Alecia Swinson); his son Allen Jay Lewis of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Blake Minix of Wilmington, Candis Murray (J. P. Murray), Clayton Pellow of Jacksonville and Shawn Allen Pruitz; his great grandchildren, Tyler Padrick of Seattle, WA and Caroline Murray of Jacksonville; and his siblings, Shirley Lanier of Claudsville, VA, Hugh Lewis (Wayne Lewis) of Richlands and Leland. He is also survived by numerous nephew, nieces, cousins and friends.
