Cafferty of Jacksonville and Todd J. Cafferty of Massachusetts; and her grandchildren, Tyler Cafferty, Lily Herrera, Justin Allen of Jacksonville and Alana Herrera of Rhode Island. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
