Hall (Crystal); his granddaughter Ashley Elizabeth Hall; his brother-in-law Gordon Cavenaugh (Wanda); and his siblings, Dennis Hall (Connie), Carolyn Walters, Tommy Hall, Teresa Massie (Ron) and David Carroll (Jennifer).
