He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard John Mullen and Sarah McCarville Mullen. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Bernadette Mulvey Mullen; his children, Clifford Mullen, Christopher Mullen, Sarah Mullen, Ryan Mullen and Erin Mullen; and his grandchildren, Kathleen Irvin, Makenna Mullen, Kenley Irvin, Kimber Irvin and Brian Mullen.
