She is survived by: her children, Terrie Provost (Ralph) of Maysville, Johnny Meadows (Debra) of Jacksonville and Sherrie South (Guy) of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Laura Jones (John) of Maysville, Justin Meadows (Leanna) of Jacksonville, Jonathan South (Kathryn) of Jacksonville, Joshua Provost (Melinda) of Maysville, Jordan South (Kristal) of Chapel Hill and Samantha South of Durham; her great grandchildren, Lorelei, Emma, Noah, Jackson, Lathan, Anna, Luke and Jonah; her siblings-in-law, Joyce Willis (Dallas) of Jacksonville, Mary Alice Stephenson of Coats, William Meadows of Maysville, Robert Meadows (Mary) of Benson, Sam Meadows (Kate) of Dover and Marvin Meadows of Coats; and her caregivers, Norma Provost, Ann McNail and Donna Harris.
