She was predeceased by: her parents, Neverson C. Booth Jr. and Frances Allen Booth; and her son Jason Edward Hurst. She is survived by: her husband James E. Hurst Jr. "Ed"; her daughter Jessica Hurst Ahlquist (Jay); her grandchildren, Ward, William and Marianna; and her sisters, Kathy Booth Slaughter and Neva Booth Tucker (Lance). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
