Clemmie Carlyle White Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 24, 2026, at the age of 90, Clemmie Carlyle White of Jacksonville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ross White; and her parents, Levi Carlyle and Effie Carlyle. She is survived by: her sons, Jimmy Davis (Rose Marie) of Richlands and Steve Davis (Dana) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Makenzie Sheehan (Ryan) of Martinsville, VA, Jake Davis (Camila) of Raleigh, Matt Davis and John Hill of Wilmington; and her great grandchild Eliza of Martinsville, VA. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks memorials be made to the church; a tribute she would truly appreciate!
