He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee A. Haley and Anne S. Haley; and his siblings, Betty Woods, Rose Ellen Stratton and Lee A. Haley Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Linda B. Haley; his children, Lisa H. Brewer (Randy) and David A. Haley (Donna); and his brother Lloyd S. Haley.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
