He was predeceased by: his wife Jennifer Hamilton Morton; and his mother Renee Padgett Aragona. He is survived by: his sons, Joshua and Andrew Morton; his stepfather Carmen Aragona; his brothers, Carmen Jr., Matthew and Joseph Aragona; and his nephews, Cameron and Johnny Aragona.
