Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Debra Jean Hatfield of Jacksonville, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 69, on May 29, 2024. She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Ray Hatfield, Jr.; her parents, Ralph Parker and Adell Parker; her brother RJ Parker; her daughter Carly Angelica Mills; and her granddaughter Savannah Dawn White.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jackie O'Toole (Tim) of Richlands, Natasha Mills of Richlands and Nicole Salituri (Frank) of Rocky Point; her grandsons, Eric and Colin; her brother Wayne Parker (Becky) of Randleman; her aunt Athel; the father of her child Randy Mills; Hilma Mills. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice Care.
